Hungate Primary PFA invites all parents, guardians, staff, and members of the community to our Annual General Meeting (AGM), where we will reflect on the past year, discuss key school initiatives, and elect new committee members to help shape the future of our school.

Our Parents & Friends Association (PFA) and governing committee play a crucial role in supporting the schoolās development, fundraising for vital resources, and ensuring a strong connection between families and staff.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved, share your ideas, and contribute to making Hungate Primary the best it can be for our children.
Join the Team ā Positions Available!
There are several key positions in order to form an effective PFA and we encourage anyone, with an interest in supporting the school, to apply.
No prior experience is neededājust enthusiasm, commitment, and a willingness to work as part of a team!
Available Roles:
š¹ Chairperson ā Lead the committee, coordinate meetings, and work closely with the school to ensure the PFA is effective and aligned with its goals.
š¹ Vice-Chair ā Support the Chair and step in when needed, helping to oversee projects and events.
š¹ Secretary ā Manage meeting notes, correspondence, and communication to keep everyone informed.
š¹ Treasurer ā Oversee the PTAās finances, budgeting, and fundraising income/expenditure.
